La Gitana Art Show

Last night LA Mission College held a gallery showcase at the Galeria Gitana in San Fernando Valley. It was pretty amazing I'll tell you that much.

Three of my pieces were up in display and on sale

It was a pretty overwhelming experience I will admit. Hearing everyone's positive feedbacks and being able to talk about the process was exhilarating. It did take me a while to admit to the people who were viewing my work that I was the one who made these things.

I'm silly, I know

But aside from my work, everyone else in my class had amazing paintings to share as well.
I mean LOOK!

If you live in the San Fernando area I really highly suggest taking a visit to this gallery. The gallery will be open until August 14, so anyone has enough time to check it til then.
Here's the address

La Galeria Gitana
120 N. Maclay Avenue, Suite E
San Fernando, CA 91340

  1. Neato! I especially like your painting with the woman and her hair. Gives an angsty and painful feel to it. The hand heart one looks like it would have been fun to make.

As for that person's work that looks like a bug with a skull. If it was real, I wouldn't want to see that thing flying anywhere near me! >.<
